PFXX - Size Guide and Quiz CTA Improved Clarity
Reason for testing: Sizing is the biggest concern for customers, especially at our price point. Making it obvious and clear that we have resources available for users to help with choosing the correct size and adding targeted social proof at key places in the size selection journey, can help increase trust and add-to-cart rates.
PFXX - Print Story Component
Reason for testing: As seen in PF04, storytelling and emphasizing the unique background of the brand deepens emotional connection to the brand's distinctive design narrative. Featuring the unique story of the print, potentially showing some drafts of the hand painted design (if available) can strengthen further the appreciation for the special quality and unrepeatable print. This will also increase product discovery and help the choice overload, by focusing the customer on products from the print they are already in love the story about.
PFXX - Improved Price Value Framing
Reason for testing: Along with size concerns, price is another objection, often mentioned in the post-purchase survey and reviews. Price feels high without value framing. This is another opportunity for us to highlight the unique story of Printfresh and justify the price by expanding on craftsmanship, ethical sourcing, and longevity angle of our products.
PFXX - Gift Guide
The gifting angle is big for Printfresh customers and we don't feature it enough on our site. Creating a collection (even a quiz) as a gift guide to help customer choose the right products for their friends and family, especially before the Christmas holidays.

PFXX - Printfresh Guarantee Improvements
Reason for testing: Without clear phrasing on what the guarantee includes, customer are left wondering and hesitating to make the purchase (research backed). Furthermore, heatmap (on a few top selling products) shows almost no clicks on the "PF Guarantee", but the RPC is high on the clicks the guarantee got (see "heatmap data" on the left). This means many customers don't even realize there is one and seeing reassurance might help a lot with add-to-cart rates.
PFXX - Shopping Feed Personalization
Refer to the personalization deck for all the info.

[OFFER] PFXX - Matching Moments Promo
Reason for testing: For this offer we looked at the Women's Holiday Hens Long PJ Set specifically (top seller) to gather data. 45% of customers bought 2 or more products in the same order. This is still above our store's average of 35%. This creates natural cross-category upsell (Women's → Kids, PJ set → robe) which is harder to achieve with simple quantity discounts. The "Matching Moments" promo would target that 55% single-item segment and potentially push them into multi-product purchases, which could significantly boost AOV on such product pages. We can analyze performance of more such pages to determine the potential impact of such offer.
[OFFER] PFXX - Build-A-Sleep Set (AOV focused)
Reason for testing: A few points from our analysis: - AOV for the past 3 months is around the free shipping threshold - Only around 35% of customers buy more than 1 item. - Customer data (particularly post-purchase survey) unveils that users usually wait around for sales to purchase from Printfresh and get disappointed when there is a sale and the item they want is not part of it.
[OFFER] PFXX - Print of the Month – Limited Drop Pricing
Reason for testing: Gamifying discounts layers scarcity + exclusivity. - FOMO-driven urgency: Monthly rotation creates natural scarcity without feeling like constant sales, protecting brand perception. - Collector behavior: Taps into our repeat customers who already buy multiple prints - gives them a reason to complete their collection now vs. later. Merchandising flexibility: Complete control over which print gets featured, so we can strategically push new launches, clear slow movers, or amplify bestsellers during peak seasons. Gift bag perk: Non-discount incentive protects margin while adding perceived value, especially strong for gift buyers.
PFXX - Model Size Clarity
Reason for testing: Providing additional information about the model wearing the product will help customers better visualize fit and sizing, reducing uncertainty and increasing trust.

PFXX - Improved gift wrapping on PDP
The gift wrap offer we have currently is missable, there is an opportunity to expand into an elevated section, making it easy for people to pick and add a gift wrap.
PFXX - Collection Page Quick Shop Improvements
PF02 followup: Would like to try iterating on this for mobile perhaps tying to quick shop.
PFXX - Personalized Customer Modes
What the data shows: Gift buyers have a lower median AOV ($176 vs. $194 for self-purchasers). Why this is backwards: Research shows gift buyers should spend more, not less. They: - Spend closer to their budget ceiling when buying for others - Use price as a quality signal ("expensive = thoughtful") - Have higher price tolerance (from our survey: "Prices are really high. This is a gift, but I would never pay this much for myself.") The problem: Gift buyers are underperforming their natural spending potential because the site doesn't recognize or reinforce their different mental frame. The opportunity: They're already 34% of Q4 orders. They already have the psychology to spend more. The site just needs to give them the right justification framework. The goal: Close the gap between their current $176 and their potential ~$210+ AOV = massive revenue unlock.
